A request is not an order

The forms collect your preferences. They do not reserve products, fix a price or enter into a sales contract. No online payment takes place.

Products and availability

Your proposal describes the exact contents, personalisation and availability of your gift. Products are supplied in accordance with the arrangements in the accepted proposal.

What does your proposal include?

A proposal specifies the products, quantities, personalisation, packaging, price, VAT, delivery costs and agreed delivery timeframe. Any details that are not yet known remain explicitly marked as awaiting confirmation. A preferred budget is not a quotation.

Who sells and delivers?

Each proposal identifies the business that sells, the business that invoices and the business that delivers. ZEMYA’s role and remuneration are also explained where relevant to the agreement. A contract only arises after explicit acceptance of a sufficiently specific offer.

Personalisation and changes

A logo or print file is only used after the usage rights, technical requirements and any necessary proof have been approved. Changes, cancellations, errors and returns are governed by the terms of the specific offer. Different rules may apply to bespoke products.
